Amendment No. 1 to Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Spohnholz: Page 1, following line 7 of the amendment: Insert new material to read: "Page 5, line 7, following "adult.": Insert "In this subsection, "face-to-face interview" means an in-person interview or an interview conducted through the use of technology that allows participants who are physically separated from each other to interact visually and orally."" Representative Spohnholz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 to Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Neuman objected.
